ABCF1 is an ATP-binding protein of the ABCF family that lacks transmembrane domains and therefore does not function as a conventional membrane transporter. It associates with ribosomes and is implicated in regulation of translation, with additional links to inflammatory signalling. Current annotations support a predominantly intracellular distribution, including cytosolic, nuclear and ribosome-associated pools.
This Boster Bio product is a rabbit monoclonal antibody, clone FGE-1, raised against a synthesised peptide derived from human ABCF1 and intended for detection of ABCF1 in research samples.
