Product description

TP53BP2, also known as ASPP2, is an intracellular regulator of apoptosis and cell growth that interacts with TP53 and can enhance transcription of pro-apoptotic p53 target genes. It is associated with both the cytoplasm and nucleus and also participates in control of cell-cycle progression.
