CD244 (2B4) is a cell-surface member of the signalling lymphocytic activation molecule family expressed on immune-cell subsets including natural killer cells. It interacts with CD48 and contributes to regulation of NK-cell activation, cytotoxic responses and lymphocyte signalling.
