Nidogen-1 (NID1), also known as entactin, is a basement-membrane glycoprotein that binds extracellular-matrix components including laminin, type IV collagen and proteoglycans. It contributes to basement-membrane organisation and cell-matrix interactions and is located within the basement membrane.
This Boster Bio PicoKine® ELISA kit is designed for quantitative detection of human NID1. The assay uses an anti-human NID1 pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated human NID1 detection antibody and a recombinant human NID1 standard.
