PBK (also known as TOPK) is a serine/threonine protein kinase whose activity is closely linked to mitosis and proliferative signalling. It participates in cell-cycle regulation, including phosphorylation of mitotic substrates, and is expressed prominently in proliferating cells and testicular germ-cell lineages. PBK is an intracellular protein that can associate with the cytoplasm and nucleus, with localisation changing during the cell cycle.
This Boster Bio Anti-PBK Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant fragment of human PBK, designed for detection of the PBK/TOPK protein in research samples.
