Product description

MET, also known as c-Met or the hepatocyte growth factor receptor, is a single-pass receptor tyrosine kinase at the cell surface. Binding of HGF activates signalling pathways that regulate proliferation, survival, motility, morphogenesis and tissue repair, making MET an important mediator of epithelial and developmental signalling.

Boster Bio PB9186 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an E. coli-derived human MET recombinant protein spanning D208-S407. It is intended for research detection of MET, with detailed reactivity, application and formulation information retained in the structured product specifications.
