Product description

STK11, also known as LKB1, is a tumour-suppressor serine/threonine kinase and a major upstream activator of the AMPK family. It helps coordinate cellular energy homeostasis, polarity, growth control, autophagy and stress responses. STK11 can localise to the nucleus and cytoplasm, with additional membrane and mitochondrial localisation reported depending on cellular context.

Boster Bio PB9270 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human LKB1/STK11 protein for detection of STK11 in research samples.
