Product description

CD43, also known as SPN or leukosialin, is a heavily glycosylated single-pass cell-surface sialoprotein expressed across many leukocyte populations. It helps regulate T-cell activation, proliferation and trafficking, and can localise to membrane structures such as uropodia and microvilli through interactions with ERM-family proteins.
