CD27 (TNFRSF7) is a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily expressed at the plasma membrane of immune cells. In mice, CD27 signalling supports T-cell survival and immune memory and contributes to B-cell activation through interaction with CD70, with downstream signalling including NF-κB and JNK pathways.
