TNFRSF18, also known as GITR or CD357, is a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily. In mouse, it is a transmembrane cell-surface receptor that is preferentially expressed on activated T lymphocytes and contributes to T-cell signalling, immune regulation and control of activation-associated cell death through TNFSF18-dependent pathways.
