Product description

STAT6 is a signal transducer and transcription factor activated downstream of cytokine receptors, particularly in interleukin-4 signalling. Following activation it moves from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, where it regulates transcriptional programmes involved in immune-cell differentiation and cytokine responses.
