Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell-surface protein implicated in the regulation of cell proliferation and receptor signalling. It is expressed at the plasma membrane and is found in tissues including prostate, bladder, stomach and kidney, with altered expression reported in several cancers.
This Boster Bio anti-PSCA antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human PSCA protein. It is intended for research detection of PSCA in relevant biological samples.
