Product description

PAPPA (pappalysin-1) is a secreted metalloproteinase that cleaves selected insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins, thereby regulating local IGF availability. It is particularly abundant in placenta and pregnancy serum, with lower expression across several reproductive and other tissues, and functions in the extracellular environment.

This Boster Bio Anti-PAPP A/PAPPA Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant fragment of human PAPPA for research detection of pappalysin-1.
