Product description

Nuclear receptor coactivator 1 (NCOA1, also known as SRC1 or KAT13A) is a transcriptional coregulator that is recruited by ligand-activated nuclear receptors and helps assemble chromatin-remodelling and transcriptional complexes. Its activity is therefore centred on nuclear hormone receptor signalling and regulation of gene expression.

This Boster Bio anti-KAT13A/SRC1/NCOA1 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human KAT13A/NCOA1 protein, supporting target-specific investigation of NCOA1 biology.
