Product description

KIT (CD117) is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase for stem cell factor. It is expressed at the cell surface and regulates signalling pathways involved in the survival, proliferation and differentiation of several cell types, including haematopoietic progenitors, mast cells, melanocytes and germ cells.

This Boster Bio Anti-c-Kit Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human c-Kit protein. It is intended for research detection of KIT protein.
