Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4), also known as CD26, is a cell-surface serine peptidase with roles in peptide processing, glucose homeostasis and immune regulation. It cleaves a range of signalling peptides, including incretin hormones, and is also present in soluble form after release from the cell surface.
This Boster Bio Mouse CD26/DPP4 ELISA Kit PicoKine® is designed for quantitative measurement of mouse DPP4 using a sandwich ELISA format.
