SLC19A1, also known as the reduced folate transporter, is a plasma-membrane antiporter that imports reduced folates and several related substrates in exchange for intracellular organic anions. It is an important route for cellular folate uptake and can also transport antifolate compounds such as methotrexate.
This Boster Bio Anti-SLC19A1 Antibody Picoband® is a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against SLC19A1. Boster reports that PB9504 was raised against a synthetic peptide from the middle region of human SLC19A1.
