Product description

GRIN2B encodes the GluN2B subunit of NMDA receptors, ligand-gated ion channels that mediate a calcium-permeable component of excitatory neurotransmission in the central nervous system. GluN2B-containing receptors contribute to synaptic plasticity, learning, memory and neural development, and the protein is an integral component of NMDA receptor complexes at neuronal plasma and synaptic membranes.

This Boster Bio antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a recombinant human GRIN2B protein fragment.
