Product description

ITPR1 is an inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-gated calcium channel located in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Binding of IP3 opens the channel and releases stored calcium from the ER into the cytoplasm, making ITPR1 an important regulator of intracellular calcium signalling.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human ITPR1 protein fragment, providing a target-specific reagent for studying ITPR1 protein biology.
