Product description

Gelsolin (GSN) is a calcium-regulated actin-binding protein that severs, caps and remodels actin filaments, helping control cytoskeletal organisation, cell shape and motility. Gelsolin exists in intracellular and secreted forms, with intracellular gelsolin acting in the cytoplasm and extracellular gelsolin contributing to the actin-scavenging system in body fluids.

This Boster Bio Picoband® antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human gelsolin protein. It is intended for research use in studies of GSN and actin-cytoskeleton biology.
