Product description

ALOX12 (arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase) is an iron-dependent lipoxygenase that oxygenates polyunsaturated fatty acids, including conversion of arachidonic acid to 12S-HPETE. Its lipid products contribute to signalling processes including platelet activation. ALOX12 is primarily cytosolic and can associate with cellular membranes in a regulated manner.

Boster Bio’s Anti-12 Lipoxygenase/ALOX12 Antibody Picoband® (PA1485-1) is an antigen-affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against human ALOX12 for research detection of the protein.
