MARCKS (phospho-Ser159/163) Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die MARCKS betreffen.
Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Substrat für die Proteinkinase C. Es ist an der Plasmamembran lokalisiert und ein Aktinfilament-vernetzendes Protein. Phosphorylierung durch Proteinkinase C oder Bindung an Calcium-Calmodulin hemmt seine Assoziation mit Aktin und mit der Plasmamembran, was zu seiner Präsenz im Zytoplasma führt.
