P38 (1G1) Maus-mAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe mit P38 (1G1).
p38 MAP-Kinase (MAPK) ist das Säugetier-Ortholog der HOG-Kinase der Hefe, die an einer Signalkaskade beteiligt ist, die zelluläre Reaktionen auf Zytokine und Stress steuert. Es wurden die Isoformen p38α, β, γ und δ identifiziert. p38 MAPK wird durch eine Vielzahl von zellulären Stressfaktoren aktiviert, darunter osmotischer Schock, entzündliche Zytokine, Lipopolysaccharid (LPS), UV-Licht und Wachstumsfaktoren.
