Ubiquitin (6G6) Mouse mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die Ubiquitin (6G6) betreffen.
Ubiquitin ist eine konservierte Polypeptid-Einheit, die eine wichtige Rolle im Ubiquitin-Proteasom-Weg spielt. Ubiquitin kann durch den Ubiquitinierungs-Prozess kovalent an viele zelluläre Proteine gebunden werden, wodurch Proteine für den Abbau durch das 26S-Proteasom markiert werden.
