Nano-Tag9 Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die Nano-Tag9 beinhalten.
Der Nano-Tag ist ein neues Streptavidin-bindendes Peptid sowohl für die Reinigung als auch für den Nachweis von Nano-getaggten Proteinen. Dieses Peptid besitzt eine nanomolare Affinität zu Streptavidin und wird daher als Nano-Tag bezeichnet. Die Nano-Tags sind von zwei Typen, Nano-Tag15 (MDVEAWLGARVPLVET) und Nano-Tag9 (MDVEAWLGAR), die mit Dissoziationskonstanten von 4 nM bzw. 17 nM an Streptavidin binden.
