HSP90 α Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die HSP90 α betreffen.
Hsp90 (Hitzeschockprotein 90) ist ein Chaperon-Protein, das andere Proteine beim korrekten Falten unterstützt, Proteine vor Hitzestress stabilisiert und beim Proteinabbau hilft. In Säugetierzellen gibt es zwei oder mehr Gene, die zytosolische Hsp90-Homologe kodieren, wobei das menschliche Hsp90α eine 85%ige Sequenzidentität zu Hsp90β aufweist.
