P53(Mono Methyl Lys370) Maus-AK ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit P53(Mono Methyl Lys370).
p53 spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der zellulären Reaktion auf DNA-Schäden und andere genomische Aberrationen. Die Aktivierung von p53 kann entweder zu Zellzyklusarrest und DNA-Reparatur oder zu Apoptose führen. p53 wird an mehreren Stellen in vivo und durch verschiedene Proteinkinasen in vitro phosphoryliert.
