Hitzeschockprotein 27 (Hsp27), auch bekannt als Hitzeschockprotein beta-1 (HSPB1), ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das HSPB1-Gen kodiert wird. Hsp27 ist ein Chaperon der sHsp-Gruppe (kleines Hitzeschockprotein) neben Ubiquitin, α-Crystallin, Hsp20 und anderen. Es ist an der Stressresistenz und Aktinorganisation beteiligt.
