Das CREB-Maus-MAB ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die CREB betreffen.
CREB (cAMP response element-binding protein) ist ein zellulärer Transkriptionsfaktor. Dieses Protein bindet an das cAMP-Response-Element (CRE), eine Sequenz, die in vielen viralen und zellulären Promotoren vorkommt. CREB ist in Struktur und Funktion eng verwandt mit den Proteinen CREM (cAMP Response Element Modulator) und ATF-1 (Activating Transcription Factor-1). CREB-Proteine werden in vielen Tieren exprimiert.
