Growth Associated Protein 43, auch bekannt als GAP43, ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das GAP43-Gen kodiert wird. GAP43 ist ein nervengewebespezifisches zytoplasmatisches Protein, das über eine duale Palmitoylierungssequenz an den Cysteinresten 3 und 4 an die Membran gebunden werden kann. Diese Sequenz zielt GAP43 auf Lipid-Rafts ab.
