Plant actin Mouse mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die Plant actin betreffen.
Aktin ist ein hochkonserviertes Protein und ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Zytoskeletts von Zellen. Es spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der zytoplasmatischen Strömung, der Bestimmung der Zellform, der Zellteilung, der Organellenbewegung und dem Streckungswachstum. Es wird bevorzugt in jungen und sich ausdehnenden Geweben, Blütenorganprimordien, sich entwickelnden Samen und aufkeimenden Blütenständen exprimiert. Antikörper gegen Pflanzenaktin sind nützlich als Ladungskontrollen für Western Blots.
