HSP90β Mouse mAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe mit HSP90β.
Hsp90 (Hitzeschockprotein 90) ist ein Chaperon-Protein, das anderen Proteinen hilft, sich richtig zu falten, Proteine vor Hitzestress stabilisiert und beim Proteinabbau hilft. In Säugetierzellen gibt es zwei oder mehr Gene, die zytosolische Hsp90-Homologe kodieren, wobei das menschliche Hsp90α eine 85%ige Sequenzidentität zu Hsp90β aufweist.
