CD23 Mouse mAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe, die CD23 betreffen.
CD23, auch bekannt als Fc-Epsilon-RII oder FcεRII, ist der "niedrigaffine" Rezeptor für IgE, einen Antikörper-Isotyp, der an Allergien und Parasitenresistenz beteiligt ist und wichtig für die Regulierung des IgE-Spiegels ist. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Antikörperrezeptoren ist CD23 ein C-Typ-Lektin. Es kommt auf reifen B-Zellen, aktivierten Makrophagen, Eosinophilen, follikulären dendritischen Zellen und Blutplättchen vor.
