CK7 Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die CK7 betreffen.
Zytokeratin 7 ist ein 54 kD Intermediärfilamentprotein, das in einer Vielzahl von Drüsenepithelien vorkommt. Zytokeratin 7 wurde im Säulen- und Drüsenepithel der Lunge, des Gebärmutterhalses, der Brust, der Gallengänge und größerer Sammelkanäle der Niere gefunden. Es ist im Übergangsepithel der Blase sowie in Eierstock- und Lungenepithelien vorhanden, und gelegentlich kann eine Färbung der Blutgefäßzellwände, insbesondere der Endothelzellen, beobachtet werden. Zytokeratin 7 wird jedoch nicht von Epithelzellen des Gastrointestinaltrakts, des Dickdarms oder der Prostata exprimiert. Keratin 7 wird oft zusammen mit Keratin 19 exprimiert.
