p53 Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die p53 betreffen.
p53 spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der zellulären Reaktion auf DNA-Schäden und andere genomische Aberrationen. Die Aktivierung von p53 kann entweder zu Zellzyklusarrest und DNA-Reparatur oder zur Apoptose führen. p53 wird in vivo an mehreren Stellen und in vitro von verschiedenen Proteinkinasen phosphoryliert.
