α-Tubulin-Maus-mAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe, die α-Tubulin betreffen.
Tubulin ist eines von mehreren Mitgliedern einer kleinen Familie globulärer Proteine. Die häufigsten Mitglieder der Tubulin-Familie sind α-Tubulin und β-Tubulin, die Proteine, aus denen Mikrotubuli bestehen. Jedes hat ein Molekulargewicht von etwa 55 Kilodalton. Mikrotubuli werden aus Dimeren von α- und β-Tubulin zusammengesetzt.
