mCherry-Tag Maus-mAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe mit mCherry-Tag.
mCherry ist ein Fluorophor (ein fluoreszierendes Molekül), das in der Biotechnologie als Tracer zur Verfolgung des Flüssigkeitsflusses und als Marker bei der Markierung von Molekülen und Zellkomponenten verwendet wird. mCherry ist ein monomerer fluoreszierender Konstrukt mit einer Peakabsorption/Emission bei 587 nm bzw. 610 nm. Es ist photobleichbeständig und stabil. mCherry wird manchmal aufgrund seiner Farbe sowie seiner Photostabilität im Vergleich zu anderen monomeren Fluorophoren gegenüber anderen Fluorophoren bevorzugt.
