MBP-Tag Mouse mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die MBP-Tag betreffen.
Maltose-bindendes Protein (MBP) ist ein nützlicher Affinitätstag, der die Expressionshöhe und Löslichkeit des MBP-getaggten Proteins erhöhen kann. Es fördert die korrekte Faltung des Fusionsproteins und kann auch verwendet werden, um eine unlösliche Form (Einschlusskörperchen) zu verhindern. MBP wird verwendet, um die Löslichkeit von rekombinanten Proteinen zu erhöhen, die in E. coli exprimiert werden. In diesen Systemen wird das Protein von Interesse oft als MBP-Fusionsprotein exprimiert, wodurch die Aggregation des Proteins von Interesse verhindert wird.
