MEK3 Kaninchen pAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit MEK3.
Es wurden drei alternativ gespleißte Transkriptvarianten von MEK3 beschrieben, die unterschiedliche Isoformen kodieren. Isoform B verwendet ein anderes Startkodon als Isoform C, was zur Produktion eines N-terminalen Segments von Isoform B führt, das kürzer und von Isoform C verschieden ist. MEK3b ist die vorherrschende Form von MEK3 und aktiviert stark die p38 MAP-Kinase.
