Cyclin B1 Rabbit pAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe, die Cyclin B1 betreffen.
Cyclin B1 ist ein regulatorisches Protein, das an der Mitose beteiligt ist. Das Genprodukt bildet Komplexe mit p34 (Cdk1), um den Maturation-Promoting Factor (MPF) zu bilden. Es wurden zwei alternative Transkripte gefunden: ein konstitutiv exprimiertes Transkript und ein zellzyklusreguliertes Transkript, das überwiegend während der G2/M-Phase des Zellzyklus exprimiert wird.
