HSP90 α Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit HSP90 α.
Hsp90 (Hitzeschockprotein 90) ist ein Chaperon-Protein, das andere Proteine beim korrekten Falten unterstützt, Proteine vor Hitzestress stabilisiert und den Proteinabbau fördert. In Säugetierzellen gibt es zwei oder mehr Gene, die zytosolische Hsp90-Homologe kodieren, wobei das humane Hsp90α eine 85%ige Sequenzidentität zu Hsp90β aufweist.
