β Tubulin Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit β Tubulin.
Mikrotubuli sind Bestandteile des Mitoseapparats, von Zilien, Flagellen und Elementen des Zytoskeletts. Sie bestehen hauptsächlich aus 2 löslichen Proteinen, Alpha- und Beta-Tubulin, von jeweils etwa 55.000 Da. Antikörper gegen Beta-Tubulin sind nützlich als Ladekontrollen für Western Blots. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass die Beta-Tubulin-Spiegel in bestimmten Zellen möglicherweise nicht stabil sind. Zum Beispiel ist die Expression von Beta-Tubulin in Fettgewebe sehr gering, und daher sollte Beta-Tubulin nicht als Ladekontrolle für diese Gewebe verwendet werden.
