CREB Kaninchen pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die CREB betreffen.
CREB (cAMP response element-binding protein) ist ein zellulärer Transkriptionsfaktor. Dieses Protein bindet an das cAMP response element (CRE), eine Sequenz, die in vielen viralen und zellulären Promotoren vorkommt. CREB ist strukturell und funktionell eng verwandt mit CREM (cAMP response element modulator) und ATF-1 (activating transcription factor-1) Proteinen. CREB Proteine werden in vielen Tieren exprimiert.
