AmCyan-Tag Mouse pAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe, die AmCyan-Tag beinhalten.
AmCyan wurde von der entsprechenden cDNA in voller Länge für höhere Löslichkeit, hellere Emission und schnelle Chromophor-Reifung (8-12 Stunden) angepasst. AmCyan1 wurde für eine verbesserte Translation in Säugetierzellen human-codonoptimiert. AmCyan ist ein sehr guter blau fluoreszierender Reporterprotein und nützlich in Zweifarb-Analysen mit DsRed2, DsRed-Express oder AsRed2 sowie in Dreifarb-Analysen mit ZsYellow und HcRed.
