mCherry-Tag Mouse pAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe mit mCherry-Tag.
mCherry ist ein Fluorophor (ein fluoreszierendes Molekül), das in der Biotechnologie als Tracer zur Verfolgung des Flüssigkeitsflusses und als Marker bei der Markierung von Molekülen und Zellkomponenten verwendet wird. mCherry ist ein monomeres fluoreszierendes Konstrukt mit Absorptions-/Emissionspeaks bei 587 nm bzw. 610 nm. Es ist photobleichbeständig und stabil. mCherry wird aufgrund seiner Farbe sowie seiner Photostabilität im Vergleich zu anderen monomeren Fluorophoren manchmal anderen Fluorophoren vorgezogen.
