Der Partner und Lokalisierer von BRCA2, auch bekannt als PALB2 oder FANCN, ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen vom PALB2-Gen kodiert wird. Dieses Gen kodiert ein Protein, das bei der Tumorsuppression eine Rolle spielen könnte. Dieses Protein bindet an das Brustkrebs-2-Frühform-Protein (BRCA2) und kolokalisiert mit diesem in Kernfoci und ermöglicht wahrscheinlich die stabile intranukleäre Lokalisation und Akkumulation von BRCA2.
