NADPH-abhängige Diflavin-Oxidoreduktase 1 ist ein Enzym, das beim Menschen durch das NDOR1-Gen kodiert wird. Dieses Gen kodiert eine NADPH-abhängige Diflavin-Reduktase, die sowohl Flavinmononukleotid (FMN)- als auch Flavinadenindinukleotid (FAD)-Bindungsdomänen enthält. Das kodierte Protein katalysiert die Übertragung von Elektronen von NADPH über FAD- und FMN-Kofaktoren auf potenzielle Redoxpartner. Alternatives Spleißen führt zu mehreren Transkriptvarianten.
