Das Myelin-Protein-Null-ähnliche Protein 1 ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das MPZL1-Gen kodiert wird. MPZL1 ist ein Zelloberflächenrezeptor, der an Signaltransduktionsprozessen beteiligt ist. MPZL1 rekrutiert PTPN11/SHP-2 an die Zellmembran und ist ein mutmaßliches Substrat von PTPN11/SHP-2. MPZL1 ist ein Hauptrezeptor für Concanavalin A (ConA) und ist an der Zelle beteiligt.
