a-actinin (4A12) Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die a-actinin (4A12) betreffen.
α-Actinin gehört zur Spektrin-Familie der Zytoskelettproteine. α-Actinin ist für die Anheftung von Aktinfilamenten an die Z-Scheiben in Skelettmuskelzellen und an die dichten Körper in glatten Muskelzellen notwendig. Das funktionelle Protein ist ein antiparalleles Dimer, das die dünnen Filamente in benachbarten Sarkomeren vernetzt und somit koordinierte Kontraktionen zwischen Sarkomeren in der horizontalen Achse ermöglicht.
