RGS proteins are able to deactivate G protein subunits of the Gi alpha, Go alpha and Gq alpha subtypes. They drive G proteins into their inactive GDP-bound forms. Regulator of G protein signaling 10 belongs to this family. All RGS proteins share a conserved 120-amino acid sequence termed the RGS domain. Regulator of G-protein signaling 10 associates specifically with the activated forms of the two related G-protein subunits, G-alphai3 and G-alphaz but fails to interact with the structurally and functionally distinct G-alpha subunits. Regulator of G protein signaling 10 protein is localized in the nucleus. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"BT LAB","offers":[{"title":"20ul","offer_id":57659917238612,"sku":"ABM174859","price":69.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"50ul","offer_id":57659917271380,"sku":"ABM174860","price":115.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"100ul","offer_id":57659917304148,"sku":"ABM174861","price":176.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1040\/1782\/2036\/files\/btlab-de5076818019133baf1c7fdbd0f405d13fb12a2573c530b42f00a6c5158094cc.jpg?v=1792158842","url":"https:\/\/www.abmium.com\/products\/abm174859","provider":"ABMIUM","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
